As part of a Full Registration Package, Commercial brokers and sales professionals are invited to participate in all Sales Convention activities, as well as our Commercial General Sessions each afternoon.

Brenden C. Faber

Brenden C. Faber holds various leadership positions in the title insurance industry. Presently, he is the Senior Vice President of National Commercial Services for First American Title Insurance Company. He is also Chief Operating Officer of First American’s Commercial Due Diligence Services and President of the First American Exchange Company, a position he has held since 2003 with responsibility for the development and management of exchange services.


Michael W. Fields

Michael W. Fields, a graduate of the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy is a 30 year seasoned commercial real estate professional experienced in the development and implementation of short and long range strategic plans for real estate portfolios. Mike was formerly the managing partner in the Southeast Region for one of the world’s largest brokerage firms and is presently the managing director for ORION Commercial Services, LLC, the company that powers the commercial technology platforms for the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices and Prudential Commercial Real Estate brands.


Ernest Katai

Ernest Katai is executive vice president and head of production for Berkadia, a joint venture of Berkshire Hathaway and Leucadia National Corporation which provides comprehensive capital solutions and investment sales advisory and research services for multifamily and commercial properties. Mr. Katai is a member of the Berkadia Management Committee and has a BA from the University of Michigan, an MBA from the University of Detroit and is a Walsh Business College adjunct professor where he teaches real estate finance and investments and directs independent studies and market research.


Michael Tchong

Michael Tchong, founder of Social Revolution to revolutionize digital marketing by focusing on the total user experience, is an entrepreneur, trend blogger, author of several books about emerging trends and social media marketing, innovation speaker and adjunct professor of innovation at the University of San Francisco. In addition, Michael has founded four companies, including MacWEEK, Atelier Systems, CyberAtlas and ICONOCAST, all riding early market waves.
